Shipping Policy for Couture Only
Processing Time: We aim to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. All orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Please note that we can not ship orders on weekends or holidays, however you local deliveries may take place on such. If, for any reason, there is a significant delay in processing or shipping your order, we will promptly notify you through email or telephone.
Free USA Shipping: At Couture Only, we take pleasure in offering free 2-3 Day Expedited shipping to our valued customers within the United States on all eligible orders. It's our way of enhancing your shopping experience and providing exceptional value.
International Shipping: For our international customers, we offer worldwide shipping. Estimated delivery times for international orders typically range from 7-21 business days, unless otherwise stated by the carrier and depending on the destination. Please be aware that, on occasion, delivery delays may occur. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders vary based on location and destination and are calculated directly by the shipping carrier, we do not add any handling or supplemental fees to shipping costs, you pay what we pay!
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from Couture Only, including your tracking number(s). Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active and provide real-time updates on your shipment's status.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees determined by the importing country. Please note that customs and duty fees are not included in your Couture Only order or shipping total. Couture Only holds no responsibility for any fees associated with imports. All such fees must be settled by the recipient of the parcel.
Damage: While we take utmost care in packaging your products, Couture Only cannot be held liable for any products that may become damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, we kindly request you to contact us at shop@coutureonly.com with the damage description, photos and/or videos and we'll initiate an insurance claim. To expedite the process, we recommend preserving all packaging materials and damaged items for inspection when filing a claim.
International Shipping Policies: Couture Only proudly extends international shipping services to our customers. However, certain items may not be available for international shipping, and any such restrictions will be clearly outlined in the product description. In the event you place an order for a product not available for international shipping, we will promptly notify you and initiate a refund for your payment.
